She has a higher education qualification in accounting and speaks Ukrainian. She specialises in tax settlements and declarations submitted to the German Finanzamt. She also supports companies operating in Germany. Among other tasks, she prepares applications for a certificate of exemption from construction withholding tax (Freistellungsbescheinigung).

At Fenix Tax, she responds to messages sent to the office and contacts clients regarding matters related to their service. She informs clients about the documents they need and the progress of their cases. She also handles ongoing office matters related to daily operations and customer service.

She develops the social media presence of Fenix Tax, preparing content and information for our clients and followers.
